The creator's contact with the world is the physical body. Our physical vehicle has hidden significance that reaches far beyond its observable physical functions. It is an outpost of a bigger picture in which our higher and more subtle aspects strive to advance. To hinder the health and duration of the physical body in this particular sojourn on earth, not only makes for a less pleasant existence, but also stunts the growth of our consciousness. We should recognize that there is a circuitous rate of vitality between spirit and physicality.
Total health consists of paying homage to the physical body, with the aspects of nutrition and exercise, to the emotional body, relative to the way we feel about things (your physical body responds in proportion to your emotional balance), to the mental body, relative to how we use the thinking process, and to the life force that is the progenitor of our total entity. All these aspects interact with each other to create our health and life experiences. Current health and fitness programs, blindly, leave out this weave in the overall equation. The need is to get these aspects operating in the closest harmonic unison our abilities will allow.
The primary and absolute health essential we need to give attention to is neglected in today's sugar coated 'fi-fi' regimens. The recent health 'revolution' should mean going back to, relating to, and understanding where we came from; that being our true essence. The need is to start at the top of the health pyramid and work our way down. The order of work should traverse the life force realm, the soul realm, with its mental and emotional aspects, the etheric blueprint, and the physical body; the integrative components that form your total entity, or whole self.
Just as we have to keep our automobile in proper condition by preventative maintenance, to serve us, and reach various destinations, we have to do the same thing with our physical body. The well-functioning and capable body enables us to operate properly and efficiently in our daily affairs, which may include a variety of things such as working, learning, recreation, thinking, socializing, sex, and so on, as well as enabling our consciousness to expand.
Life is an obligation to endure. Endurance starts with the exercise of body, mind, and true essence. The first step is to wake up and start working in your own lab, or you. You are housed in, and around, your physical body. So, a major priority is to get your body in shape to attract and receive higher vibrations. We can initiate this by adhering to the proper requisites of lifeforce enlivenment, good nutrition, and adequate physical exercise.
The health benefits of exercise cannot, and must not be overlooked. Let's list several benefits of exercise. They are: less stress and anxiety-less depression-improved outlook on life-more self esteem-increased ligament strength-better sleep-increased fat metabolism-better carbohydrate metabolism-increased fat loss-quicker reflexes-improved balance and coordination-increased range of motion and strength-fewer musculoskeletal injuries or problems-quickens the absorption and expulsion of various growths and deposits-increase in cardiac efficiency-decrease in resting heart rate-decrease in blood pressure-stimulates bone growth-increase in bone density-improved posture-increase in insulin sensitivity-increase in high-density lipoprotein-reduction in total cholesterol, and an increase in maximal oxygen uptake. Quite an impressive list!
The only thing that belongs to each of us is our life and our energy. How we use this energy determines our quality of life. Energy expansion, proper nutrition, and exercise are necessary prerequisites to utilize if we wish to negotiate our awareness and functional ability. Gaining a sense and view of these elements, and how they correlate and accent each other, either positively, or negatively, according to the choices we make as to our use of them is very important.
